With over 12 years of legal practice under her belt, Oyin currently serves clients with a variety of legal needs including immigration, family law, real estate, and will and estate. Oyin also has significant transactional experience in a broad range of matters including corporate, contract, venture capital and securities. She also has considerable experience advising companies both small and large on a range of business issues.
Oyin earned her law degree from the prestigious Lagos State University in 2009. She was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010 and has over the years worked for publicly quoted multinational corporations. Oyin was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2021 after successfully going through the licensing process. Oyin is a passionate lawyer who goes the extra mile to ensure her clients get the best possible outcome. When she is not practicing law, Oyin volunteers at kids programs and spends time traveling with family and friends.
